Brixnex is committed to accuracy, transparency, and responsible journalism in AI technology coverage. This page explains how our editorial team works, how we use AI tools in our publishing process, and what standards every piece of content must meet before publication.

Our Editorial Team

All Brixnex content is authored by our team of six named writers and analysts, each with verifiable professional and academic credentials in their areas of coverage:

Fact-Checking and Accuracy Standards

Every article published on Brixnex must meet these standards before going live:

Primary Source Verification

Technical claims are verified against primary sources: peer-reviewed research papers, official model documentation, API benchmarks, and direct empirical testing by our authors. We do not rely on third-party summaries or press releases as sole sources for factual claims.

Code and Benchmark Accuracy

All code published in Brixnex tutorials is tested in a clean environment before publication. Library versions are pinned and specified. Benchmarks are clearly attributed to their original source methodology and we note limitations in measurement approaches where they exist.

Corrections Policy

When we make errors, we correct them transparently. Significant corrections are noted at the top of the relevant article with a dated correction notice. We do not silently edit factual errors after publication.

Expert Review

For highly technical content involving novel research (such as new model architectures or emerging regulatory frameworks), our editor-in-chief or a relevant subject matter expert reviews the piece before publication.

AI Tools in Our Editorial Process

We use AI tools in specific, limited parts of our workflow. We believe in full transparency about this usage:

How We Use AI Tools

• Research assistance: AI tools may be used to identify relevant papers, organise research notes, or suggest angles for investigation. All research is then verified by our authors against primary sources.
• Grammar and style: AI writing assistants may be used for grammar checking, style consistency, and copy editing — similar to how spell-checkers and style guides have always been used in journalism.
• Code assistance: Our developers may use AI coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot) to accelerate code writing in tutorials. All generated code is tested and verified by our author before publication.
• Image generation: Some article header images may be AI-generated. Where this is the case, it is noted in the image caption.

How We Do NOT Use AI Tools

• We do not publish AI-generated articles without substantial human author input, review, and responsibility.
• We do not use AI tools to fabricate quotes, statistics, or citations.
• We do not use AI tools to generate content that misrepresents the views of researchers, companies, or individuals.
• We do not publish content where the primary author is an AI system rather than a named human.

Advertising and Independence

Brixnex is funded by display advertising through Google AdSense and direct advertising partnerships. Our editorial content is completely independent of our advertising relationships. Advertisers have no influence over editorial decisions, article topics, or editorial conclusions. Sponsored content, if published, is clearly labelled as "Sponsored" or "Advertiser Content" and is separate from editorial content.

Affiliate and Commercial Relationships

Brixnex does not currently participate in affiliate marketing programmes for AI tools or services. Product reviews and comparisons published on Brixnex reflect our authors' independent assessment. If this policy changes, we will disclose it clearly.
